How DO I hang MY neon sign at my wedding?

For your wedding, using a strong, clear fishing wire to hang the sign to a mesh backdrop is a popular choice. Our signs are also commonly hung with chain or cable ties depending on the arrangement.

At home, many customers choose to hang their signs using 3M Command Strips (depending on the weight of their sign) or using the pre-cut hang holes and screw kit that comes with every Sketch & Etch Neon. Read a step by step article on how to hang your sign here.

What is the 100% On Time Guarantee?

We’re so committed to getting your sign to you in time for your big event, that we also offer a 100% money back guarantee in the (super rare!) case that your Neon sign does not arrive in time for your event. Plus, you’ll get to keep your Neon. How good is that?!

To be eligible for the 100% Money Back Guarantee on Delivery, you must:

- Inform us of your event date after ordering & paying for your Neon and before approving your proof (if you don’t tell us, we don’t know!) If we can accommodate, we will confirm at this point. If not, you will be able to cancel your order for a full refund or proceed with the chance that the Neon might not arrive by your event, and we will not be able to refund it if it doesn’t.

- The date you require the sign must be more than 5 days after the average delivery time frame. E.g. If you choose 10-21 days, the date you require the sign must be at least 5 days after 15 days. In this example, 20 days. Remember, these days are from the date you approve your proof, not your order date.

How long will my sign take?

Sketch & Etch lovingly handcraft your unique custom neon to order in one of our state of the art facilities.

Standard orders are normally delivered in:
2-4 weeks (USA, Canada, UK, Europe) from your order or proof approval date.

CAN MY NEON SIGN GO OUTDOORS?

Temporarily for your wedding, your sign is fine to be used outdoors out of any rain. However once your event is over and you're ready to put your sign in its forever home, we don't suggest putting your sign outdoors for long periods of time. Any water, steam or condensation will ruin the LED in the sign and will void the warranty.

I CAN'T QUITE GET MY DESIGN RIGHT ONLINE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Sometime the fonts on our online Neon Builder sit alittle out of allignment especilly over two lines, but don't worry, at the checkout stage you have the option to "request a proof" before production.
Our designers will work to make the design look as perfect as possible and send you back a proof to approve.
If you don't select this option at checkout, the design time will do their best to make the sign look as perfect as possible too within the sizing perameters you have chosen, but wont make any dramatic changes without notifying you.
