FAQs

How quickly can you make something?

Every neon is handmade to order and takes a minimum of 2 weeks to create and be delivered. Please note, our standard rush fees will apply on all orders required at short notice (2-3 weeks). Need something even sooner? Get in touch to see how we can help!

Our standard neon production time is 4-6 weeks, delivered, and will not incur a rush fee.
